Rocking The Boat

let the rivers clap their hands
spray painting rocks and air
with lacy white wedding gear
breaking against the boundary rock
cutting a path as the years unlock seasons
the wielding of nature
to change the times
let the world and all its fullness roar
for the great wave maker is coming

History Speaks

History speaks it loud and clear
"You will not live forever here"
The land is wrestled
from the hand
with fire and flood
sweat and blood
with eruptions and quakes
and mighty shakes.
The message shouted loud and long
a natural song
"All that you see
is temporary"

Chiastic Timing

It is time
to see
the times
to see
the ancient
words
from
the ancient
of days
It is time
to recognize
the times
to recognize
the signs
of the season
the signs
of the latter
days
It is time
to pray
whether the times
are timely or not
