Lori's Web Design is owned by a professional web designer and offers a wide selection of affordable web design rates because every site owner has different requirements and web design rates will vary from website to website. Some clients require a small website and others need a larger, more complex e-commerce one with a shopping cart which increases the web design costs. Custom designed graphics or animations are also often needed. If you need someone to write the content I can do that also with a recent BA in English/Creative Writing.

If you require a website redesign you may need to apply for a web site evaluation first if your website is having technical problems hampering ranking in search engines.

Web Design Rates for Small Websites:

If you supply all text and images
This price includes:
  • Designing up to 10 pages
  • Simple Logo/Banner
  • Search Engine Optimization for major keywords
  • Free Maintenance of existing content for 1 month
  • Check Traffic and Keyword Rank for 1 month
Time frame for completion 2-4 weeks, once all data is obtained.

Extras:
  • Additional pages over the initial 10 are $30.00 each*.
  • If you want me to do the research and write your content (BA in English) add $30 per page onto per page rank.
  • Password Protected Directories

  • Editing your graphics other than resizing
  • Extra graphics (animations, graphical buttons, etc.)
  • Text sent in hard copy that needs to be typed in.
  • Maintenance fee after 1 month (optional)

*Pages with a lot of graphics, forms, etc. may cost more. Short pages may cost less.

The price for a Website Redesign is similar to designing a site from scratch, unless the site needs to be moved to a new host and more pages added, etc. If your website is having ranking problems in the search engines then a web site evaluation needs to be performed first to determine original design flaws and total costs.

Evaluation of Small Website:

This website evaluation service provides an in-depth evaluation of an already established small website, looking for technical design flaws that are hindering your ranking in major search engines and supplying you with tips on how to make your site more appealing to search engines and the general viewing public. This website evaluation will be sent by email, prints out in 4-10 pages, depending on the problems, and takes at least 3 to hours to complete so it's not free. Evaluation of a Large E-commerce Site:

This website evaluation provides an in-depth analysis of your e-commerce site. The price depends on how many pages your site has and also how it is designed so a set fee is not offered. See the website evaluation page for more info. 		From $150 - $250.00

Copywriting:

Since Google has started devaluing the links for sites that trade too many links, get involved in triangular linking schemes and sites that buy links from directories, that only leaves one-way links. However hardly anyone accepts them any more.

The best option is for you to provide content that people link to willingly. I provide a lot of tutorials, HTML tips, articles on hosting and SEO scams that bring in most of my traffic.

Having a BA in English/Creative Writing I can research your company's focus and write that content for you. 		$30.00 per page minimum
