Original Problems
The actual old "home page" was an entry page with nothing but an image on it and the "other" home page was all in images as well as in a frame as were all other pages on the site (search engines can't read anything in images or frames) plus the titles and descriptions were all the same which further hampers ranking. And to make matters even worse all inner pages were within a folder, instead of the root of the server, which drops PR (Page Rank) and ranking. Also all pages had numbers for file names instead of keywords, which again affect ranking. Thus this site was severely crippled because none of the content could be indexed. This site also had another domain with the same content.
Changes to WWFRF
I took all pages out of frames and because the pages hadn't been indexed properly anyway I gave them file names with keywords, unique titles and descriptions, moved them all to the root of the server and redirected old pages to the new with 301 redirects. We also added several new pages. It should take 2-3 weeks for search engines to pick up the new pages then proper keyword ranking should begin to grow.
