The original site was a very rough draft and never completed and being only 1 page, with several outgoing links, it was mainly ignored by search engines.
We set up a new design with Leigh's own originally designed buttons along with an expanding display of some of his cartoons at the top of the page. We also added several pages of content so the home page would have more links pointing at it. The site already had enough links.
3 months after the redesign the site traffic more than doubled with no increase in link submissions.
