The original site was 8 months old when it was redesigned and had 61 pages. It had been overoptimized with keyword stuffed H1, image, comment, title and keyword tags. This can cause a site to be filtered out of results in Google and it also looses Trust Rank in Google. There was a page for every one of 50 states but they were too similar causing a duplication problem. All those 50 pages were also only linked fromthe home page and thus only had 1 link each. The site also have relative URLs mixed in with full URLs causing cannonical problems. The site also have very few links.
All the above were fixed with the redesign and we added several new pages. The redesigned website went online 10-24-08.
Traffic on 11-2-08 started out about 150 per week.
As of 2-15-09 it is up to 529 per week and growing weekly.
Original PR was 0. Currently it is PR 3.
