This site had confusing navigation, broken and deprecated code (so the page wouldn't validate) along with code bloat from FrontPage and javascript mouseovers (the same can be controlled with css) with spam in some alt tags repeated throughout the page and a title with twice the limit for characters -- which would have also been considered spam. The home page was too long and needed some information moved to inside pages. The menu buttons were overlapping. The logo took up too much memory and needed to be reduced and some images were moved to inside pages to reduce total Ks. There were also too many server connections due to trading links with other sites and linking to their logo--these were also moved to an inside page to save download time. Some of the data needed to be taken outside of frames so search engines could list it. Advice was given the owner of the site on what kind of links to seek to gain more PR for Google rank.

This site had only been online for 2 months when the author requested a redesign and it is taking a while to get it's major keywords ranking, except for site name because of heavy competition with other Real Estate sites using spam techniques and the Google sandbox which usually lasts 6 months..
